Fennel Seeds, Cummin Seeds, Cloves, Sze Chuan Pepper, Preserved Orange Peels, Licorice Root, China Galangal Roots, Dried Cardamom, Bay Leaves, E202.”

Preparation:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1pc Tau Pok
  • 1pc Tau Gua
  • 200g Pork
  • 600ml Water
  • Signature Delicacies Lor Bak Sauce

 

How-to:

  1. Place all ingredients into a pot
  2. Add in the Signature Delicacies Lor Bak Sauce
  3. Cook till boiling
  4. Simmer for 40 mins with low heat
